    $210 for a 10/22... Good Deal?

So Big 5 has standard blue with wood stock 10/22's on sale this week for $229.99 AND today and tomorrow has a $20 off coupon for firearms over $20 via their email coupons if you signed up for them. Is this a good deal or should I wait for some holiday sale? Anyone get one for less recently? I'm just wanting a basic open site rifle that I have no intention of modifying. Already have a scoped stainless 10/22.

Just my opinion, but I think you can get a better price.

How much is your time worth? I wouldn't spend a ton of time and effort looking to save an extra $5 on a $200 gun, but that's just me.

Bought mine from big5 without the coupon - $229. Done and done.

That's a great price considering I've got about 1k in my 10/22..... Then again there are no Ruger parts left in mine except the trigger housing....

I'd go for it, pretty good price. I think there was a crazy promotion last year when the broke 200, but waiting for a sale like that isn't worth 10 bucks. Pull the trigger!

Bought mine last month at Turners for $199 with a free Appleseed coupon. If it weren't for the coupon, I would have gladly paid an extra $20 to not have to go to Turners.

I paid the 229 at big 5 just to say out of a turners store. Big 5 is 1.2 miles from my house and turners is 45-50 miles one way plus, I refuse to support turners anymore. So what is your time worth to you? Big 5 was great for me, 10 min in and out....

Sounds like a good deal. I got mine during the $229 sale and I used a 10% off coupon to get it down to $249 out the door including the DROS and tax at a Big 5 here in the Bay Area (Sunnyvale).

too bad Big 5 doesnt price match. i told them Turner has it for X amount and they said no.

but i might consider that just to avoid the long wait times.
