Marlin 783 value?

I have a Marlin 783 with a basic scope on it that I am thinking of listing for sale and am curious what the value might be on this gun. It is in good condition with a few marks here and there. I have had this gun since 1989 (got it used) and have only put about 4 boxes of ammo through it in that time. I believe that the year of manufacture is 1983. Any help is appreciated.

A quick Google search shows prices ranging from about $175 - $225. A lot depends on condition.

Thanks, I listed it in the classified section for $200 but the first person to make a decent offer will own it.
