Is mossberg 152 22lr legal in Cali?

Acquired a mossberg model 152 from my grandfather. It is all original, pep sights and original 7 shot magazine. Notices that it has a fold down forward stock, does this make it illegal in cali? i belive the rifle was last made in 1952 or 1957. and it still shots straight!
