      Gotcha. I'll try and check again to see if mine does that. When i checked last night, both mags locked in easy with both size grips. I'll double check.

          I like all the ruger love. Loving my sr22 too. Shoots nice! With an occasssional ftf which is the ammos fault not the gun. Shoot the crap out of that thing and just remember to clean it good.

                I pick mine up on monday, I've read that the grips are a bioch to remove, any truth to that?
                One of the main reasons I got this was because it will allegedly eat any ammo. Has anyone had problems with a specific brand?

                  Yeah mine hates Winchester bulk, 1 in 5 was a FTF or FTE. no issues with blazer or Remington ammo yet
