It had better be good! That's alot of $$ for .22lr.

If you look at the Olympic trials going on right now it's what everybody's using. I think for most of us it's probably overkill, but that's OK, it's still cheaper than a lot of ammo.

The Tenex is gonna outshoot the Wolf MT but for the money you're gonna like the Wolf. If you have a high end Anchutz or Cooper the Tenex may be worth it otherwise the Wolf will be nearly as good. Just my experience and I don't have any high end rifles unless you consider CZ or Kimber to be high end. The great thing about Wolf is that it shoots great in all six of my .22s.

Wolf MT for 4.65 a box

I Love shooting wolf and it loves me back, i dont mind paying for it, never been an eley fan even in my anschutz but blue box is the highest i have tested after that its black then red tenex they might shoot better i plan to look into the eley line deeper after my rifle gets back with its new barrel.

what rifle are you shooting out of?

And what are you shooting? Gun... not ammo.

I used to love the Eley Shillhoux (accuracy vs. price)... and everything shot it well... My Annie 5418 Love Lapua Center X (and better).. shot everything else so so (ok 1" or less).... Lapua is 1 small hole at 100... I shot mid last year a perfect 150 at 15x on benchrest at Diablo match (kept me from ordering another Annie (The 2013)). but others don't shoot the Lapua any better than Wolf Match Extra (rejects from Lapua)... bad thing about Eley... Learned the hard way hot summer day match the wax started to melt (but Tenex rocks in most every gun I own). This is where you can start drinking is batching ammo in tests for best accuracy. Have fun.

Shooting it through a 10/22 target model

I dont have a anshutz yet but it is on the list of "need to haves"

CMP has the used Anshutz's for sale but I think they are prob pretty destroyed. Has anyone bought a Anshutz from CMP?

10 cents per 22lr is a hell of a lot cheaper then any other caliber I shoot
