AR style charging handle for a 10/22

I've seen a couple different charging handles available for swap with the 10/22, but most seem to be more ornate versions of the factory slider. Does anyone offer a T-handle AR-style charging handle that I could swap myself?

Doubt it, there is no slot in the back of the receiver. The factory bolt handle rides on the recoil spring rod and is interlocked with the bolt. It would take a major redesign and machining for it to be any other way.

I'm going to say no. If you look at the design and operation of the charging handle on the AR platform in relation to the bolt and then look at the design of the 10/22 its pretty much impossible to make the design work for the 10/22, at least not with out some serious modification to the receiver of the 10/22. If you want something with an AR charging handle buying a S&W M&P 15-22 would probably be cheaper and easier than trying to modify the 10/22 to use an AR style charging handle.

          You mean like this??

Now, they hate California, and I'm not too happy with that, but there's a 10/22 with a rear charging handle.

What other handles have you seen? Ill say that I havent looked since the stock part is functional but if you know the websites or names off hand let me know.

              Thanks!
