Iron Sights for a 10/22

I've seen the Tech Sights but looking for something different.

I saw something on the internet but can't find it now!

It had a rear peep sight and a hooded front sight, I believe the front sight had sight pictures?.

Anyone know what I'm anyone know what I'm talking about?

Or did I just dream this.

Just ran across this, combination peep sight and rail for a scope.

Has anyone seen this before ? Check it out, let me know what you think.

I haven't seen them in person but they look nice. I have TechSIGHTS and they are nice.

What model 10/22 do you have?

I'm wondering what others have done regarding iron/backup sights for the 10/22 Tactical/Black Synthetic model with FS. I was about to start another thread on this. OP sorry for hi-jacking, similar question though..

I actually have the Tactical FS model. I am using a Tapco stock and a red dot but ended up using some MagPul BUIS sights on it as well. Though while searching the NoDak site I found these. I think it looks a little silly with the flash hider and front sight so far apart but I bet it works great.

Yup. Another option is a UTG quad rail or similar and use some BUIS for an AR.

Hey those are some awesome sights I seem to have the same problem. I also have the tactical 10/22 version. This is my first firearm and I just picked it up today so I am clueless, what Iron sights do you recommend? How are those BUIS working on your ruger? Thanks dude!

Actually the BUIS sights don't work at all. They are way to tall. I'd have to raise the comb on the factory stock over an inch to use them.


On the Tapco stock, they are closer but still off.


If I were to do it again I'd try the NoDak sights for the FS
