Front Sight for Ruger 22 Standard?

I'm looking for options for the front sight on a Ruger 22 standard (tapered barrel). The standard black on black is tough at indoor ranges.

I see lots of options on line for the Mark II and III but not the standard. I believe the mounts are different. Any suggestions?
