Any Mossberg 702 owners?

I bought a Mossberg 801 for a youth rifle. The sights suck as would be expected for a rifle in this price range. I bought a set of tech sight for a 702 to upgrade. They don't fit. If you have a 702 could you take a picture of the receiver from the rear? Your 702 receiver is flat on top the 801 is rounded. I don't think there is enough room on the tech sights to round them but I might be able to cut the top of the receiver with my mill. So, kind Calgunners, if you could take a close up of a 702 and perhaps lay a straight edge across the flat I would put you on my list of buddies when I win the lottery.

Well now I see what I need to do. I am not sure I can remove that much metal without destroying the receiver. I may have to find another type of sight. I really don't want to put a scope on the rifle for training new shooters.
