UTG quad rail still being made?

Does anybody have a definite answer to this question? Has anyone recently bought one and not had it "out of stock" as soon as they order it? I have an e-mail to Leapers that is the first one they have ever not answered in less than a day. I have an order on amazon i don't know if I should cancel since the 21st of january. I see other possibilities, but not as cheap. The representative at amazon maintains the item is simply out of stock temporarily. Then i read comments to the contrary on forums like this one. No answer at all on rimfire central (where people say all the rimfire experts reside, but arguments seem to rule the picture threads.) I have ordered and received four other shipments of 10/22 items from amazon and another place since i ordered the quad rail. Delivery estimate window from amazon is mar 8-may 2...good grief. Any actual recent experience would be helpful. if i need to suck it up and pay more, i will cancel my amazon order and try to get one of the last ones somewhere else for 15 bucks more.

Just in case this is helpful to someone else, Leapers e-mailed me back and said the UTG quad rail will be available again later this month. Apparently it's so popular it is hard to keep up with the demand. Maybe i'll buy two.

What size are you looking for? Im not sure if the one i have is carbine or mid-length that i never used.

Looks like this one, with the front sight post cutout. I'll check on the size

Sorry about that. I was referring to the 10/22 quadrail. I put this in rimfire gallery sort of by mistake, and now i realize any thing is possible with quad rails and creativity...lol.

I appreciate your reply. I was specifically referring to their 10/22 version, but have decided to give the Aim sports rail a go. It will reduce the waiting time and i can get some good information on this rail at the same time that may help someone else. I am pretty good with a drill and dremel if I do say so myself. I'll post up if any major mods are necessary..i'll put a little review on amazon once i install it.
