I have one.
I don't like it. The DA trigger is horrid; I've tried other springs without success and the gunsmiths I've talked to don't believe it can be helped much.
Aside from the trigger I like the revolver. It's a nice size and it feels good in my hand but the trigger makes it impossible for me. I suggest you save up some more money and buy a Smith.
I picked up an old K22 last week and I'm selling the Taurus. Too bad you live behind

I had a Taurus 94- sold it to a fellow Calgunner- I have a S&W 351PD.
One is a $275 gun the other a $575 gun- guess what at the end of the day they both have very strong Double Action Rimfire triggers. The Taurus was a good gun, I just wanted a 22mag. I am currently looking for a 3" barrel Taurus 941 so I for one feel the Taurus is just fine for what it is.Comment

I just pickedup a used Taurus 94 last month. I've already shot about 500 rounds through it and I love it. Zero complaints with it.Comment

springs help a lot. I would believe what Vegas said except he obviously doesn't know what he is talking about, and just wanted to feel proud about living in that behind the times dustbowl. He probably has a weak trigger finger as well. He might try it with the one next to that.*REMOVE THIS PART BEFORE POSTING*Comment
