help me with a bipod choice

So i have a marlin xt22 and want to put a harris bipod on it. it is a plastic stock. any advice on which model to by and if i need to get an adapter? i just don't want to spend more money figuring it out if anyone knows. thanks for any help

i do, but it is just a molded hole in the front of the stock. not sure if that is strong enough or not

Can you mount a screw in sling stud? Is the stock that thin?
If the stock mount does not look secure, then you will need to get the bolt in type sling stud. You will have to watch out for clearance between barrel and stock.

It will be fine for a bipod. The bipod will attach right to it.

If it has a stud, you can mount it on to that. Otherwise, you might have to install one.
