So I'm building up a nice 10 22, for target/plinking & maybe some competition, and I need a little help with some components...
Things I have decided on...
the Tactical Solutions receiver
Kidd 2-stage trigger 8oz 1st stage 8 oz 2nd stage(with straight trigger blade and medium mag release)
Mueller APV 4.5-14
Things I cant decide on
Barrel: either the Kidd bull barrel with flutes, or the Kidd lightweight barrel, or the Beyer Aluminum Alloy barrel. Don't want a heavy rifle, but also don't want a featherlight one either...
I know I can't go wrong with any of these, but I'm wondering what opinions are out there....
Stock: Tactical Solutions Vantage RS(mainly because its pillar bedded), or the Volquartsen Laminated thumbhole silhouette or the Evolution sporter. Definitely want a laminated stock for rigidity, but...
Any of these you like, or would you recommend another....
