Most civilization is based on cowardice. It's so easy to civilize by teaching cowardice. You water down the standards which would lead to bravery. You restrain the will. You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.

admisson was 9 bucks, parking was free. but if you went there to buy more then just ammo it still works out. the shipping is probably way more then 9 bucks if you buy it online.

It doesnt matter I was already there. I got some at the same price. I got enough to keep the grand kids shooting for awhile. And 6lbs of powder for the bigger guns. DR

You made out. Im not one of those who thinks about the price of admission or parking. I feel its a good deal to get out of the house and check out some cool stuff. If I wasn't at a gun show, I would be at the mall with the wife spending money on B.S anyways........

Yes it's regarded as great quality for your money. To get better ammo you have to spend quite a bit more imo.

Another reliable ammo to use for just plinking is CCI Blazer. You can find between 13-20 bucks a brick depending what deal you come across. Also what .22 pistol did you decide on?

IMO: CCI Stinger is tops in quality, currently $6.47 50-round box at Wally.
Aguila Super Maximum is great as well for me.

Only one I do not recommend is the Winchester Super X, for hand guns.

Stick with CCI! Mini mags or velocitors, even stingers. I also like the blazer bulk pack as well as the federal. I stick with those two.
