Where can I buy a CZ Kadet kit?

Seems like every place online is out of stock on these (even CZ USA) and I haven't seen one for sale here in a while. Would be nice to have to round out my CZ family:

    "Two dead?!? HOW?!?"
[sigh] "Bullets, mortar fire, heavy artillery salvos, terminal syphilis, bad luck --- the usual things, Captain."

    Nice CZ collection!

Don't know if this is the best price around, but it looks like the Kadet Kit is available at CZ Custom: http://czcustom.com/CZ-75-Kadet-Kit-PolyCoat-22.aspx

Lots of good info on the Kadet conversion (e.g., Kadet I, Kadet II) here in the CZ Forum: http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php. I'm going to be ordering one soon myself for my new SP-01 Shadow.

I bought one from Whittaker quite a while back. They don't have online inventory, you'd have to give them a call. Used to be that they were one of the few shops that carried them.

Do they normally carry them in stock, or did you have to ask them to order it?

There is one at Fine Firearms in La Mesa, http://www.gunssandiego.com/ when I was in last... They wanted almost $500 for it though.
