Semi 17 HMR

This may be a question asked before but is there any semi 17 HMR in production I understand that early models were recalled. I would love to find one if they are even made I recall reading something on that the case was the problem for semi operation. It may be a shot in the dark but worth a try.

Holy crap I want one but not to the tune of $1000 bucks I wanted something cheaper to shoot than my Saiga 223. It looks like a great gun but I'm a cheap *** Portagee when I walk you can here me squeak. All kidding aside I do appreciate the info maybe in the future we will see them again.

Yes, Volquartsen would be a great gun. I have their Fusion in .17 HMR and have never had a case split in over 3000 rnds. If you don't want to spend a small fortune on a VQ then try to find a Ruger .22 Magnum with the steel receiver and do a conversion, I have one built on that platform and it's just as accurate and reliable

The Excel Arms Accelerator will be the least expensive.
