CCI Stinger for HK MP5SD .22lr

I saw a youtube video that mentioned CCI Stinger is not compatible with a match grade precision barrel like the HK MP5SD .22lr. Please advise if anyone has had experience with this or can verify if the statement is true.

I have been searching online for excellent .22lr ammo to use for the match grade precision barrel of the HK MP5SD .22lr but am still confused as to what to purchase. Does anyone have any suggestions? I bought the CCI Mini Mag 40 gr but have not tested it out yet. Thanks for any advise.
