I still don't get why a muzzle break on a 22 just seems like adding extra weight and I am not sure for what.

VQ claims that it helps stabilize the bullet as it leaves the barrel.

I can see pimping out your kids 10/22 so it looks all cool and mall ninja...as far as need I think it's like putting wheelie bars on a Fiat 500.

I don't know if the VQ really makes much of a difference in braking or stabilizing but it definitely sounds different and the looks are more of an individual thing. I say go for it anyway!!!

Difference is that a 911 was made from a Bug in the first place. (Well, it was a stretched 356, which was a chopped and channeled Bug.)

That said, a friend of mine in college had a bug that he'd ... changed. He found a 911 RS America in a junkyard, and, well, the only thing left of the bug was the bodywork. Everything underneath and inside was 911 RS America.

                Why'd you do that?

                Now you've got me thinking.

Shouldn't say, the Kali-Gun Police will come looking as if I "altered" the sound to make it a dangerous gun!!! Muffles the sound a bit taking away the crack sound. But it also has properties of a muzzle brake due to it's large interior forward surface, helping keeping it on target at 32X being that it's so light.
