The Colibre and CCI CBs are quiet, but not consistent accuracy wise. Pest control will need to be at close range.

CCI CB longs and shorts are the same velocity (600 avg measured, 710 advertised) only the case length is different. Recommend the longs to prevent powder fouling of the chamber.

Colibre's may stick in a long barrel rifle. I had one stick out of about 200 rounds in a Mossberg 44us(a). You will get vertical stringing due to inconsistent primer/powder.

Subsonics / match are still loud out of a long barrel but there is no super sonic crack. Accuracy is much better and the rounds are more consistent. These will also run a semiauto.

Loud = two or more neighborhood dogs in different yards start barking
