Not a market item. On rare occasion there might be one for sale on rimfirecentral.com. Recently Volquartson said they were planing on making billet lowers for the Ruger MK series and the 22/45. Not out yet.
The thing with firearms is that they are not like any other consumer product, simple ownership of one carries a lot of responsibility.

Some idiots are too busy knowing it all to ever learn anything

      You can pre-order them.

Volquartsen is in the process of making a 22/45 CNC billet lower also. It will run the same money.

As far as a cheap alternative 22/45 lower for a MarkI, II, III, There is none.

$425 for a MkIII lower? Yikes.

It's aftermarket, comes anodized in different colors, aluminum instead of steel, and has volquartsen internals. Considering that no one besides VQ and Ruger(Ruger doesn't sell frames individually, otherwise people would buy just the frames to use with VQ and paclite uppers) make them, it's actually a reasonable price.

doc8404, yes the frame on the 22/45 is polymer. But it's not as if you're going to be taking your 22/45 into combat. It's plenty sturdy.

Merc1138 the poly lower is more of an annoyance for me than anything else.... My wife got it for me and the grip is a little smaller than i would like, hence wanting to upgrade the lower where i can change the grips but even if i buy the lower for the 22/45 when it comes out it may be cheaper to just buy a mark iii instead

Custom costs money. The ruger MKIII lower is two pressed sheet metal halves seam welded together. Everyone thinks because it's 22, it should be cheap, or that's too much for a 22. To make a 22 out of something other than plastic and sheet metal costs the same as any other gun. A custom VQ 10/22 can easily run up to $1500.
