    New 10/22 parts

Got my Harris bipod yesterday which I mounted to my hogue stock, then my BSA sweet 22 came in today so I mounted that as well. I also have a boyds evolution stock that I need to build on and hopefully complete by the end of the year.

    Anyway, here it is-

    Externals -
    Hogue overmold stock
    Harris bipod
    BSA 6-18x40 sweet 22
    Shilen match barrel

    Internals -
Power custom hammer, sear, trigger and springs
    Volquartsen extended mag release
Volquartsen auto bolt release (gets in tomorrow)

I haven't shot it on this gun, but my dad has one and I've used his. I really like it, at my local gun shop I compared its clarity to a leupold and with out a doubt the clarity was much better on the leupold, but I don't see that being a big issue on sunny days at the range. The clarity is still by no means sub par, they just aren't top of the line (this is much better than my barska), and the functions and turrets are great (quick focus, side focus for parallax, bullet drop compensation for elevation, 0 reset on elevation and windage, and 6-18 or 3-9 zoom depending on the model). For about $140 or $150 on optics planet, you really can't beat the value IMHO. There's a tennis court across the street about 150 yards away and I could easily read the posted rules at dusk time.

I'll have a range report this weekend or next. Can't decide if I want to go play with my new toys, or go to the gun show and buy new ones
