    Silhouette Stocks 10/22???

I'm having a hard time understanding the silhouette guidelines for stocks in the hunter category. The rules describe a classic hunter style stock, anyone have good examples or favorite stocks to use in a 10/22 configured for hunter category Silhouette?

I don't know exactly what you are asking but google turns up
Explore the National Rifle Association and the many ways to to explore your interests.

High Power and Smallbore Rifle silhouette both have a Hunter Rifle class where only hunting style rifles may be used.
So your stock stock is fine.

I'm guessing Boyds Classic is fine
Shop hardwood gunstocks for any make, model, and action with the Boyds Gunstock Configurator. Choose from several wood and finish options.

    Boyds Prairie Hunter is fine

But something like the Boyds SS Evolution would not be ok

But this is all a guess because you didn't really say what you mean by "silhouette guidelines for stocks in the hunter category" so I assume you mean the NRA Silhouette Competition

Thats exactly what I meant....You found the same thing I did..... as far as I can tell no adjustable cheek risers, or adjustable plates, or thumb hole stock....but the rules I see do not say this explicitly, just that a hunting style stock must be used for small bore...
Smallbore Hunting Silhouette Rifle -A hunting style rifle, having a maximum weight of 8 1/2 pounds, including sights and if applicable, an empty magazine or clip. With the exception of single shot rifles, all other types must be repeating rifles, which shall be fired by loading all cartridges from the magazine or clip into the chamber.
      (c) Stock: a hunting style stock. Attachments, either removable or permanent, are not permitted. Swivels and slings are permitted, but slings may not be used for arm support in shooting.
