Got talked into buying another one...

By a friend who is picking up a 10/22,But I'm split on what to get. I'm looking at a savage mark ii tr and the mark ii btvs. I already have a marlin glenfield model 25 that I love to death (it was an inheritance from my grandma). I'm sure a lot of people have experience with the btvs but how about the tr? Any advise is appreciated.

Love my savage tr. Let my friend shoot it and he bought one also. The accutrigger is ok out of the box. I have an old 700 that I worked the trigger on that's better but not by much. My friend and I went out shooting last week and we were hitting golf tees at 50 yards. I think anyone would be happy with the accuracy of the tr for the price.
