Tech sights question

Would it be possible to use a Tech rear sight with the stock front sight of a 10/22? Will the front sight be too low if i do? Thanks in advance.

It's been a while since I changed mine over, but I'd think that the stock sight would be too low. They're really set up to work together in terms of adjustments and all.

From what I remember of the stock sight, I can't imagine that working at all. Just replace the front sight - once you get the old one out it's very simple.

Yes, the Tech Sights are very tall so you need both.
