    10/22 1 MOA at 100 yards (pics)

I recently bought a Ruger 10/22 and last week I reassured myself I made the right choice. I Have a stock 10/22 with a inexpensive 3x9x40mm scope. I shot this group with some blazer bulk ammo. It was recommend to me by many on this site. I'm sure to better shooter this might not be impressive but to me I couldn't ask for more, Thanks Calguns.

Wow thats great shooting! Especially for a stock 10/22, most of them shoot closer to 3-4" at 100 yards. Looks like you got a good one there

Shoot multiple 5-shot groups to see realistic performance. Looks good so far but I don't think a stock 10/22 can do that consistently. Anything can happen with 3 shots.

Yeah the first group was about 3 inches then the second was the 1 inch then a guy with a 30-06 began shooting next to me and killed my grouping. I'll try again next week and try to post some more pics or video

3 inches sounds more like it. Like I said, just line up 4 or 5 targets in a row and put 5 shots on each target. That will give you a better idea. Shooting 3-shot groups is silly

I don't shoot mine at 100, so I'm not meaning to criticize you. I'm just trying to give you realistic expectations.
