    CA 30 Day Gun Purchase Law

    Does the 1 gun per 30 days purchase law apply to rifles as well, or is it only for hand guns?

      Its only for handguns. You can buy as many rifles and shotguns as you want I believe.

      We were the last boat to carry this flag in the original tradition. Now every boat carries it.The tradition is lost.

              Another quick question... is there a DROS fee when purchasing a rifle or is the DROS fee just for handguns?

                  DROS fee for all firearm transfers.

                  However, only one handgun per DROS and multiple long guns can be placed on a single DROS.
