You are choosing some of the best and the only way to know what you need is go to a gun shop that has all your listed choices and put your hands on them.
I have had or still have everything you mentioned so here are my thoughts:
Ruger pistol - Shoots well, you hit what you aim at, breakdown can be tough until you get used to it, i didnt find it to be ammo picky and many accessories (like a holster). I sold mine because I didnt like the slide (personal preference)
Buckmark - Shoots well, you hit what you aim at, breakdown can be tough until you get used to it, i didnt find it to be ammo picky and some accessories. (I have 2)
22a - Shoots well, you hit what you aim at, breakdown wasnt bad, i didnt find it to be ammo picky. (sold mine - didnt like the hand curve)

10/22 - Shoots well, you hit what you aim at, breakdown easy, i didnt find it to be ammo picky and many accessories. I have 2 and working on a 3rd.
Marlin 795 - Shoots well, you hit what you aim at, breakdown is easy, i didnt find it to be ammo picky only a few accessories. I have 4 and fixing a 5th.
Personal choice for me is the Marlin i would grab it first in a zombie apocalypse, because I know that hands down, no questions asked I can put 10 in a 1 inch square at 25 yards, 50 and working on 75 and 100.
I am positive I could do the same with a 10/22 but the temptation to modify it is WAY to Easy!!
The Marlin out of the box, unmodified will just hit the target.
Go touch them and know how much you have to spend and then buy 3.

untill very recently I still had my first 22, thats it at the end of the table with the bi pod. I bought it new in 1975. its had thousands of rounds through it, with only basic maintance. it still shoots as accurite today as it did on day one.

this is it after I cleaned it up and restocked it for my middle son.

not bad for a 36 year old rifle. its worn several scopes over the years but it spent most of its life with a 3x9 tasco on it. the tasco would do anything the rifle should be used for. Ive also had a few ruger 1022s. but I always came back to the marlin.
with a good 22 you will have money left for ammo. and you will need it. by the way thats a good price on the 795! DR
