shot shells in taurus 94?

i found some shot shells at walmart the other day in .22 and think thats a really cool idea for snake issues at the ranch.

but the question is will the shot shell make it past the forcing cone? and will it cause any damage because its not a "solid" round?

Yes they will, and they do work pretty good on snakes.
