Long distance ranges near Orange County?

Where do you 100+ yd shooters go here in Orange County? I currently shoot skeet and pistols and was thinking of getting .556 but heck, what's the use If I can't shoot it?

I go to Burro, some of the private ranges are 100 yards, maybe a little more. The only thing is, you have to reserve them pretty far in advance.

Hodge Road, my little boys and I go every few weeks. My wife and I built target holders made out of galvanized pipes, easy to build easy to take down. Had some tards on ATV's ride behind our targets and our background last time.

A couple rounds from the 7 Mag stopped that

Doesn't sound bad. Hoping to stay closer than 60 miles away but what the heck - beggers can't be choosers.

I wouldn't mind closer to the coast either. Summer afternoons are somehting up there....yeah, yeah, I know; see previous statement.

When I get a chance I go to Angeles but sometimes their range master are very picky at things. My only real stint is that they won't let you shoot steel even if you gusrantee safe shooting!!! I've tried to look for that steel cased Hornady but to no avail and brass cased ammo is so expensive. The only friendly range I've been to is the Inland Fish and Game range but it's currently closed and the two others offi the 15 freeway have had issues with the police. On a weekend I want to relax and have safe shooting fun. I don't need to be harrased by the police.
