    .22LR Semi-Automatic Pistol Slide & Bore

What all semi-automatic pistol using .22LR have slides and bores made from pot metal or monkey metal or zinc alloy? Are these materials made the slides lighter to compensate the weak gun powder from .22LR cartridges?

first, do not use all because its not the case.

second, a full slide 22 needs lighter material so it can achieve the necessary speed for proper blow back cycling. partial slides like ruger, S&W 41, or buckmark, etc have steel slides due to reduce size.
