Need help. Beretta 21 or phoenix arms hp22a.

    Can't decide between a used 80's beretta 21 or a new phoenix arms hp22a.
I know there are write ups on both but I still can't decide. I like the idea of being able to change the barrels on the hp22a with the range kit. Any advice would be helpful. Turners is out of stock on the hp22 so I would have to be on waiting list. The beretta is a friends. Unknown amount of rounds through the beretta

Looking for a fun gun that the wife can shoot and I can keep in my trailer

The beretta. If you don't like it, then sell it and buy the hp. That beretta is off the cali roster, you cant buy new ones and they are hard to find on the used market. You can sell it her on cal guns for $300 in one day if you dont like it.

The used Beretta 21a in 22LR is the way to go for engineering, ergonomics, reliability and accuracy - you will not be sorry.

PS - Don't ever sell it, 'cause you'll never forgive yourself even 18 years later ;-)

i bought an HP22a, easy to get, cheap, good warranty, they are located in Ontario, CA. bought magazines direct for $11.50 each...no shipping necessary i just walked in and picked it up

u can buy all their "accessories" there...easy breezy! havent had ANY issues with mine, almost 1K rounds in a couple months time

im sure the beretta is better, if you can get one and parts just in case it fails

Grab up that Beretta. Good investment.

Then pick up the hp22 to plink.

If the Beretta is in good condition, get it.

                I do have a HP22 that's plinked out 2,100 rounds of sub sonic 22lr.
                No problems yet.

Turns out the beretta had only been used 3 times ever so score.
