Mark 2 has grip panel screws in different positions.
Mark 3 has a magazine disconnect, LCI, and the mag release is at the trigger guard rather than the butt.

The Mark I's safety also doubled as the manual slide lock and had a heel magazine release.

Mark I has different sights than Standard. Mark II has different magazine, ability to lock open bolt, and the rear of the receiver is dished in a bit on both sides to make it a bit easier to cycle the action.
