Ruger 10/22 Scout Rifle?

I came across this idea the other day and i think it's pretty nifty. How would you like to take a Ruger 10/22 and attach a scout scope?

I can use the regular sights when needed, without removing anything.

No it isn't, but I can use either my scope or irons without the extra weight towards the muzzle.
