S&W 15-22 MOE's

.....so what ever happened with these ? Big hoopla when they were introduced , saw them at the Shot Show in January '11 and zip .
Are these cancelled now ? They are just not to be found anywhere.

They are made in batches, Turner's had them on sale awhile back.

they are very hard to find, but I got one if your coming out to the Burro Canyon Night shoot 4/30/11 your more than welcome to try mine out. I love that rifle, my 10/22 is mad @ me cause now it got the back seat in the cool .22 group

They're just really popular, it seems It is a really good value if you want those parts. If your having a lot of trouble, just get the regular one at a really good sale price and then buy the MOE furniture during your 10 day or something

I happened to get mine during their Veteran's day sale so it was 10% off. Solid $500 before tax n' junk.

I happened to see a new part # for an MOE, but with 10 rd mags on some websites. I spoke with S&W today, it is in production, but they haven't shipped any yet. They said that by early summer it should be available. The part # is 150877.

I'm not sure I am that patient. Anyone know a shop in the bay area that sells the current MOE, or an online dealer who would ship it with 10 rd mags?

I haven't seen any shops in the Bay Area that sells the MOE version.

I wish I had just bought the MOE. Spent and arm and leg basically doing the same thing to mine and still haven't got the flash suppressor on it.

Outside of the the flash hider, I dont find much appealing on the MOE.

The MOE stock isnt really an improvement over a standard one. A CTR would have been nice.
I do like the MOE grip, but those are what? 20 bucks?
I by far prefer the LMT style sights to MBUS sights. Not to say I find the MBUS bad, if used as intended as backups... but I run my sights deployed (if applicable) anyways, even with an optic.

Down the road I wouldnt mind having the barrel threaded, but it would obviously be just for looks so its pretty tough to justify for me.

I got mine at Bay Area Gun Vault in Mountain view. But it was 3 months ago
