22 Sights

Hello

I have Colt M4 OPS 22lr.
After shooting about 500 rounds, i'm beginning to think some sort of sight could be very benificial.

So which sights do you recommend for 22lr? red dot, acqg, ecotech, scope?
and how much manification is really necessary for 22lr?
