    Scope For My Ruger 10/22

I'm the proud owner of a new Ruger 10/22. I just replaced the original stock with a thumb hole one that just so happens to be purple (don't judge me its really awesome!!)

With that being said I really have no idea as to what kind of scope to put on it. I know what I like but i'm not sure if I should put a 3x9 or a 4x16 on it. The only kind of cross hairs I like is the Mil dot. The other ones drive me a little crazy as I want to be able to see where I am shooting. Also I don't want to have to use a screw driver to dial it in. I'd love for me to just be able to turn it with my fingers. I dont want a Simmons or Barska and I'm willing to spend a max of $150.00 ALSO MUST BE AMERICAN MADE :-)

Thank you in advance for all of your help!

We purchased a Simmons 3x9 for $60.00, great scope.

Don't forget a bi-pod, we got the Shooter Ridge 9-13" with pivot for $45.00

        Love them both

Easy - Mueller 4 to 16X, adjustable objective and very clear glass for a grand total of $129.00. If you check out Rimfire Central the Mueller brand is pretty well thought of for the money.

I bought a centerfire 4-16 from walnut.. a bit on the heavy side but $70 I like it fine so far.

it's gonna be tough finding a purple one though.
