Are any of the sporter rimfire rifle be a tack driver like a 10/22? I know I will have a rimfire rifle in my lineup. Just trying to make a decision between cheap training of Cmmg or Sig 522 or the fun factor and parts availability of 10/22. I have a Sig 522, my primary gun are AR pattern rifles. So should I sell the Sig 522 to buy a Cmmg or Ruger 10/22?

If you want to build a tack diver 10/22 is gonna be the easiest.
If you want AR training go cmmg. They will be accurate but I'm not sure about it being a "tack diver" -
My CMMG M4 LE will shoot under 1" at 50 yards with Eley. Not a tack driver but not bad for a stock barrel.
CMMG also has the option of a Clint Beyer barrel. You will be hard pressed to find a more accurate barrel for .22.
Option is available on the web site.
