You can find them on Gunbroker for $420-$450, just make sure you check that they will ship to CA.

To the OP - I'd love to hear a range report when you get a chance. Post one up here if you can, I'm sure there are at least a few people interested in how it shoots!

The ISSC M-22 is a .22LR handgun and it is not on the approved list.

The ISSC MK-22 is a .22LR semi-auto rifle and is CA legal and can be imported into CA with 10 round magazines.

I finally got a chance to shoot this thing right before the rains. The regular sights are horrible but the pistol sights shoot seriously accurate. I only tested at 35-40 yards but I get about 2-3" groups. I wish I had brought the digicam out to show it. If it doesn't rain this weekend then maybe I'll go out again and take a few pictures of the target practice.
