The new kel tec shotgun got me thinking, it has the capacity to hold 14+1 because it has 2 tubes. Well, .22's have a special exemption:
(25) As used in this section, "large-capacity magazine" means any
ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 10
rounds, but shall not be construed to include any of the following:
(A) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it
cannot accommodate more than 10 rounds.
(B) A .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device.
(C) A tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action
firearm.
Here's my idea, why could we not either have multiple tubes on a .22 or a readily detachable/quick-change tubes on a .22? As an example: come up with a way to attach 6 14 round tubes onto a marlin 60 like a revolver.
Can someone show me where this would be illegal in the PC?
I am probably just having wishful thinking but I don't see anything that prohibits it.
Thanks,
