    Jager 22 buntline wiw?

This has become a safe queen and I'm thinking of selling it, I can't seem to find a price for it checking gunbroker etc. I'd like to get an idea what its worth so I can come up with a fair price should I decide to sell it.

I'm just guessing, and it really depends on condition, but probably around $200 plus or minus $50.

I'd be interested in your Buntline, should you decide to sell it.

            thanks,
            John

Its not a Colt and it looks like these Armi Jager (EMF) just don't carry a price that makes it worth the trouble of selling, guess I'll hang on to it and see if it shoots okay.

                Hi, Tom....
I am still looking for more info for you. It may be worth a few bucks more than we realize. Would you pls PM me with all stampings on it? The older info books I have mention everything EMF makes except the buntline...

Okay the top of the barrel is stamped Intercontenatal Arms Inc, right side of the frame which is case hardened, stamped looks like a star inside a circle under that PSF looks to be all one stamp, next to that is XXV there is another stamp but hard for me to make out, Made in Italy under the ejector rod. srail number 23*** that's about it as far as I can see.
Thanks for any info you can find, I've looked but no luck.

if you've got wood working tools and knowledge, hell make it into a bad-*** revolver carbine. yaaaa. If the new furniture has a good fit and finish I think people will pay for a curio like that.

Intercontinental Arms was an importer out of L.A.. Star in a circle over PSF is an Italian proof mark for smokeless powder. Info I have gives it a value between $200-$400. It was imported back in the 1970's, and therefore is a modern firearm. Mfgr is Hamerlli. I'd have to handle it to help with the other gunmarks, but they may be model numbers, so check to see if any match the box printing (XXV=25, and soforth). I could help more if you could describe the other stamp that you cant make out a bit better. Try magnification and or wax crayon (white) to see if that brings anything out. I wouldn't modify it, as any value whatsoever would be destroyed along with the revolver. If selling, you might do better on THR. Good luck, and let me know if I can be of further assistance.

I wonder if you could bump that up to .454...with that long barrel that would be awesome.
