"no-jam" charging handle for .22 AR?

Somewhere I saw a description on a dedicated .22LR AR upper that was advertised as having a "no-jam" charging handle.

What is different from a normal charging handle? I have a magazine with loose lips that will occasionally send a round straight up so it gets jammed between the charging handle and bolt face, so I'm wondering if this new charging handle would make those jams easier to clear.

CMMG makes one. It's filled in instead of hollow. The idea being that the round can't go into a space that isn't there.
