Just got (still in holding 'till Jan. 3rd) a Mossberg Half Pint Plinker for $129 on sale at Turners. My dd 7 is THRILLED 
(takes after her mama) at the thought of being able to come with us to the range. Although she wanted a pink one....
Anyway, bought it on a whim since it was so cheap....any thoughts on the thing? for $171 out the door, I figured it was worth a shot (really, no pun intended)!
