Ya....after reading some reviews looks like it. Single shot too.
If it was tube fed and able to eat magnums I'd be all over it. Maybe the 2nd gen?? Would not need to be semi auto....pump would be cool.

Thinking along the lines of a Winchester 1890, but with modern materials/design
I have one built pre 1899 and it is a BLAST to shoot. The thing is tiny.

10/22 can be modded into survival rifle along pack-rifle lines, but it will wight more.

              If you want semi-auto

              Get an AR-7

But it weighs two and a half times as much.

This is a niche product. No use for most of us. But if I were ultralight backpacking, I might look into it.

Close, but I was thinking using lightweight carbon/steel liner detachable barrel, "wire" foldable stock, ghost ring and QD scope. Next time I'll see beat up 10/22 I'll pick it up and mod it. Should be fun.

10/22, Tac Sol barrel and a buttler creek wire folding stock would be my choice. Not ultralight but small and handy enough.
