10-22 Barrel Dovetail Adaptor

Hey all,

Has anyone seen one of these, or installed one on a 10-22?

I'm trying to find a nice 10-22 barrel that has front sight options...but can't find one anywhere besides the factory OG ones.

Any thoughts would be welcome!
