Just wanted to report a great customer service interaction with BKL Technologies (they make single piece dovetail scope base/mounts in Fort Worth, TX). I messed up an online order yesterday and discovered my mistake last night. When I called this morning to fix it, they went out to the floor to pull my shipment and apologized that the updated shipment may not actually go out today.
A class act all the way, especially when the mistake was all mine.
