    If i have a 16" barrel with YHM Phantom Flash Hider, does my gun meet the OAL mandate with this stock?

      No, has to be an OAL of 30" or more at it's most collapsed, functioning position

          It only needs to be 26" if its on a rimfire. 30" is for semi auto centerfires.
