Trouble loading my Smith 41 Magazine

Not sure if I am doing something wrong but when loading my mag using the HKS device to hold down the button to the bottom of the mag, I get a lot of the rounds get turned around, jammed up etc... this does not happen with my Browning mags.

Anyone have a sure fire technique?

    Yes!
You ONLY pull down on teh loading device enough to load one round, then pull down a little more to do the SECOND round -- one round at a time -- you do not pull it all the way down and the dump in the rounds -- the loader is to give you better leverage on t he usually small loading nub --

    lower -- load --
lower -- load second round --

    etc...

    until ten rounds in.

I have never used a loader on my 41 mags. The buttons dont cut into my fingers.
