Trigger Parts recieved, but no INSTRUCTIONS...???

Hello all,
I have a ruger MkII which I bought a volquartsen trigger pack for. They came in a factory case, and that was just it, only the parts. Does anyone know where I can find a website, post, or blog on installing these things?

I dont want to smudge up my MkII, but need help installing the various pieces. Do you think it better to take it to a gunsmith?
