DOJ list and S&W model 63

Im considering getting a model 63 but the CADOJ lists the barrel length as 5 inch not 2 or 4
    63-4 (S&W Logo Grip) / Stainless Steel Revolver 5" .22 LR 2/24/2011
    63-4 / Stainless Steel Revolver 5" .22 LR 1/14/2011
does this mean I cannot get a model 63

If it's not as listed, you can not buy it as an FFL transfer.
If somebody has one in California, that person can sell it to you.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

I understand that my question is that it lists the 63 the problem is it lists it as a 5 inch barrel/stainless and to the best of my knowledge S&W never made a 5 inch stainless and the newer aluminum model is 3 inch so is the 2 listed above the model 63 kit gun or not
I also checked the DOJ list of guns removed and there was no mention of the 63 in any barrel length

The 5 inch model 63 is a new version recently released by S&W. The older 2 and 4 inch versions are all off-list.

I bought a 4" model 63 last year, just watch the firearms for sale section and put a post in the WTB section.
