Replacement Mags for Ruger MK II & High Standard Supermatic?

I need to buy a couple of additional magazines for my Ruger and High Standard pistols for use in competition. Is it best to stick with factory magazines or are there better makers out there? Any hints which suppliers have the best priaces on mags? Thanks.

For the MkII just stick with factory. Not sure about the other model.

My East Hartford Victor is very picky about mags. I tried to go with some aftermarket mags, but it was a waste of money. Go with factory. You may still have to tweak the feed lips depending upon your gun and the ammo.

Also, just because the mag says High Standard doesn't mean squat. You want mags from the original factory in Connecticut, not Texas or any of the subsequent companies that took over the name.
